I have been meditating for over 30 years. My first exposure to meditation was through the teachings of a Meditation Center in Atlanta called Rameshori Buddhist Center. There I learned how to meditate through their programs and with the book, “Meditation Handbook.” Later I became involved and joined The Shambhala Meditation tradition which was founded by Chogyam Trungpa. It was during the years with Shambhala that I learned how to meditate and how to live mindfully though attending many weekend retreats called “Shambhala Training.” You can find Chogyam Trungpa books be clicking on the following link:
I have taught mindfulness/mediation classes at churches and synagogues. I have taught meditation to small groups and to individuals.
