I possess various certificates. One of them is “Types and Practices and in Mindfulness Meditation” though Allegra Learning Solutions. I am not a professional practitioner and do not hold credentials with any of the organization mentioned below or any other health care or wellness organization. I am an independent teacher/coach.
In the classes I took to get this certificate, I learned there there are varioius methods and practices of meditation. The simple and beginners practice that I teach is a preliminary practice that will prepare one to successfully explore and practice other meditation types.

The course was not that difficult because I had extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Meditation Instruction. It took me two tries to pass the course because I missed one question but I got it correct on the second try. The course was in-depth and was comprehensive. I feel that the learning I received with Allegra was the best I have received in the field.
